Four posters bed

I am appalled by the sheer lacking of customer relationship skills of some of Malaysian owned companies. How many times in our entire life as a consumer and customer that we feel cheated, over-charged, duped, 'cross-sold' etc.? MANY i would presumed.
We no longer had the ease of mind even after the things that we buy and the service that we enjoy had been rendered. There is always this doubt as to whether the money we paid really being reasonably comensurated by the things that we get.
I had terrible time dealing with an Indonesian run furniture shop and a plumber recently. These are, to sum it all, munafiks. They made promise and then they broke. I guess these people no longer needed customer these days. Yesterday was the culmination of my most terrible experience as a consumer. I was given false promises by a jati furniture shop - Seni Ukir Budaya Ulu Kelang- the whole day. At first they promise to deliver the good at 12 noon, then at 3 pm, then at 6 pm. And guys, i had to call them up over and over again instead of them calling me!. They didnt even apologise for the munafik promises thay made. I waited until 10 p.m as they promised to deliver by then. And guess what? They didnt come and they dont bother to call!!.
I have wasted by whole Monday waiting in agony. I am thinking of filing a complaint to the Tribunal should the munafik refused to refund my deposit.
...2 hours later
Hmm i finally got the reason why this Indonesian-owned furniture shop did what they did to me yesterday. It turned out that they were pre-occupied by a request from a new mosque in Bangsar to install a new jati mimbar. I guess the reason why they didnt called me is because they didnt have a system of delivery that monitors the movement of goods akin to IKEA. They didnt even have client list and dont bother about receipt. Kampong style indeed. Can't blame them really. So the manager profusedly apologise to me and said that she was incapacitated by the sudden increase of orders for Raya. Her softspoken-ness and motherly look made me to reconsider buying the bed frame.
